Sea of flowers again at Eisernes Tor
Spring is just around the corner – and our green space employees are welcoming it again this year by planting flowers at the Iron Gate. Today (March 19), the inner city hotspot was planted with flowers.
The area around the Marian Column was planted with colorful white polka dots. A total of almost 10,000 flowers were planted.
The following plants were planted this year:
- Viola Carneval® Complete Mix (6,000 plants)
- Viola Carneval® White F1 (500 plants)
- Triumph Tulip Flaming Agrass (700 plants)
- Triumph Tulip Agrass White (1,500 pieces)
- Large-crowned daffodil Gigantic Star (700 pieces)
