With the aid of a so-called EURO key (key for a restricted group of persons), people with impaired mobility can open the turnstiles to the Castle Mountain lift in both directions themselves with immediate effect for events in the “Dom im Berg” (usage for all persons with impaired mobility free of charge). Till personnel or security staff no longer have to be present.
“This is in particular a benefit when events start very late at night or do not end until the early hours,” says Michael Krainer, managing director of Freizeit Graz, explaining the benefits of the service.
