Water reg­is­tra­tion

In just a few steps, you can register your request for a connection to our water network. All this can be done simply and with little effort!

Step by step

1.

Check

Check yourself whether there is a water pipe near you. You can find this out online (see below) - or you can give us a call on +43 316 887-7272.

2.

Questionnaire

Complete the questionnaire form online and send us this including the application document. You will find the link to the form below.

3.

Water supply contract

After we have received your complete documents, you will receive a non-binding water supply contract from us.

4.

Return

Once you have received and checked the water supply contract, please sign and return it to us.

5.

Installation

Just a few steps before the water can start flowing: You agree a suitable installation date with our employees.

6.

Notice of completion

Fill out the notice of completion below online. We will put your connection into operation as soon as we have received the notice of completion.

7.

Billing

You will then receive the final bill and have access with immediate effect to clean, high-quality water from Holding Graz Water Management department.

Pipe in­for­ma­tion

  • Extracts from the cadastre can be obtained online via the online pipe information of Energie Graz.
  • If you do not have Internet access, you can also obtain excerpts from the cadastre directly from our colleagues at Wasserwerkgasse 11.
  • Data on the building sewer systems are available at the Building and Systems Authority of the City of Graz for inspection by the respective property owner.
  • The data on hydrants and extinguishing water are to be requested by e-mail to  [email protected].
  • Please also feel free to contact us by telephone on 0316/887 – 7272 if you have any queries on the information or you have detailed questions on the waste water and water pipes.

  • Do not forget to provide your telephone number and your e-mail address.
  • Your plumber can help you to fill out the questionnaire.
  • Please let us know if you would like us to carry out excavation work for you.
  • Connection work (material and installation) will only be carried out by Graz Water Management department.

How to find us

  • You can reach us by telephone from Monday to Thursday (workdays) from 7 am until 3 pm and on Friday from 7 am until 1 pm (workdays).
  • By public transport with Graz Linien: bus line 52, stop: Wasserwerkgasse
  • Parking spaces are available on site
  • Barrier-free access to the customer centre
