- You can reach us by telephone from Monday to Thursday (working days) in each case from 7 am to 3 pm and on Friday from 7 am to 1 pm (working days).

- Our customer centre is located at Wasserwerkgasse 9-12 and can be reached by Graz Linien (bus line 52, stop: Wasserwerkgasse). Parking spaces are available on site; there is barrier-free access to the customer centre.
